Jobseeker information

When you apply for a position on Danky.co.uk your details, including your CV, is stored on our database for 5 working days before being removed if unsuccessful. If successful your details including your CV will be forwarded to the required employers/ organizations after this (5 working days) your information, including your CV will be removed from our database. You will be notified via email if your information has been forwarded to the employers/ organization. You will be aware of all occasions we share your information with a third party. Danky.co.uk attempts to verify the identity and the nature of the business of such organizations your information and CV are forwarded too, however, does not make any warranties as to their authenticity.

Your personal information

When you apply on our site as a job seeker we will process your personal data on the basis set out in this policy, as it is in our legitimate interests to do so following your registration. We will collect personal information from you, such as your name, contact details, details of the kind of work you are looking for, the location where you want to work and your CV. We will use your personal data to find the perfect candidate for only the position applied for. We may also use your data to send you job alerts and emails about courses that are relevant to your fields of interest, you will be alerted to this through email with a chance to opt out. We may contact you regarding site changes or changes to the Danky.co.uk products or services that you use.

When you register, we store your information for 5 working days. It does not form part of our candidate database and cannot be searched or accessed by Danky.co.uk customers. You can delete your information before we delete it at 5 days, at any time via email to inquiry@danky.co.uk.

Information that you give becomes the property of both Danky.co.uk and the client. Danky.co.uk is not responsible for the information that the client receives.
